Indeed. Did we b0rk something with VOP header lately? The clip appears
to have quant 1 in some places, which just might be the reason.

I somehow don't think it's cause by ME split - the experience tells
me it should be b0rked (because I touched it lol) but it doesn't
appear to be it (this time ;p)
