Aargh, Ivan, where does this information come from? 

The very link you gave in your earlier post says that according to 
Microsoft, 

YV12 == YCrCb
IYUV == I420 == YCbCr    <---- THIS is YCbCr, the internal MPEG CSP

I remember the last time I wanted to change it, but it looked it up 
first, so I didn't. Now this time I fell for it.
