[XviD-devel] Crash in XviD 1.0.1 (and 1.0.0)

Someone noted this on doom9 forum already after 1.0.0 and I thought it 
was fixed by now.

Doing first pass with b-frames and second without crashes the xvidcore.dll

I know you are not supposed to change between passes like that, but a 
crash is a crash, and there is nothing that prevents it from happening.
A normal user should not be expected to know that you are not supposed 
to change certain settings between passes.

What other settings are known to not work correctly when changed between 
passes?
