Heya,
I fear that guy mistakes the "interlace" option from XviD with an
deinterlacer - but it encodes interlaced. A very common error from
newbies which switch over from DivX, which in fact has a (bad)
deinterlacer built-in (and AFAIK no interlaced encoding support at all).
