[XviD-devel] Requantizing XviD video

Hello,

I've never seen it done anywhere, but is it (at least theoretically)
possible to "requantize" an XviD video to reduce its size without
re-encoding everything, in a similar way as it can be done with MPEG-2
streams? If yes, would there be any specific requirements for the
original video?
