a bug report which was sent to my private mail. 

Eduard, you committed the  NEIGH_TEND_8X8  stuff.
Was the + intentional or a typo?

I'd like to know to whom can I submit bug lists of the latest version of
the Xvid.

Any way, the list is:

1.
estimation_pvop.c - xvid_me_lambda_vec8 - the 3rd value is incorrect, I
think it should be "1.15582*NEIGH_TEND_8X8" and not
"1.15582+NEIGH_TEND_8X8"

2.
Asm implementation of "RGB 24bit to YUV" is incorrect, the last pixel
should not be fetched as a 32bit DWORD, since the last 8bit doesn't
belongs to the image.
