but if i give it a wrong prediction andit uses this wrong prediction for its
search then the size of the MV will be correct

does that mean in a B-frame predictions are not made based on top and top
right?
im still not sure, if the predictions are not stored, why i cant let it
predicted from the wrong blocks. i no this is not the way mpeg4 should be
but i cant see why it would not be decodable.
