Hi,

That really depends on how fast the indended client machine is. I think  
you'll just have to try it. As soon as the time to decode a frame comes  
near to the frame time you should probably decrease the frame rate.

Also if you're intending to decode the video in real time I wouldn't use a  
large resolution. 320x240 seems ok.

Just try it until it can't do it anymore :-)
