[XviD-devel] Dynamically set the xvid zone quantizer?

Hi all, 

I'm trying to change xvid vfw zone quantizer simultaneously as the vfw is 
running, but it can't react simultaneously while the zone quantizer is 
changed.
How should I modify the vfw so that it can compress with  the changed zone 
quantizer?
