[XviD-devel] vbv patch

Hi,

I go with Radek here. I think if we offer the DXN profile options, they also
should be truly compliant. As soon as you provide another checkbox, people
will use it even if it actually makes no sense. So better don't provide such
a 'dangerous' checkbox at all in first place.
