[XviD-devel] anyone knows the format information of vxid and other MPEG4 file format?

    i am puzzled about what the base of current MPEG4 media encoding and
decoding tecnology are.

    a MPEG4 white paper said :

    i don't know the Video Codecs method of Divx and Xvid, which profile do
they choose?

    RealMedia uses RealVideo , Windows Media uses Windows Media Video, does
it mean that

    i can't know how these two media are encoded and decoded because they
are private?

    can anyone give me some reference or information about the detail of
these media format?

    i don't know to use which profile to develop a decoder of these media
format, can anyone

    give me a help?
