	Seems a good solution. Applied, along with gcc4 warnings removal.

	Also applied:

	encoder.c: simplify_time() could take up to 5 seconds (on
	my 1.7gHz!!) to resolve hard fractions (e.g.:  1162261467/1073741824).
	I let Euclid optimize the code ;)

	bitstream.c: write_video_packet_header() was buggy and
	kind of obfuscated, as noticed by Sigdrak.
