I am unable to reach xvid.org .. connection times out
a traceroute stops at:

20  et-1.16.RS3K7.RZ6.hetzner.de (213.239.239.200)  52.180 ms   51.898 
ms   52.423 ms

someone using a different ISP had no problems.. is hetzner null-routing 
my net (84.234.141.0/24) ?
