[XviD-devel] Why is the value of rounding ignored in interpolate8x8_halfpel_add_c?

The call to interpolate8x8_avg2_c in interpolate8x8_halfpel_add_c
arbitrarily passes 0 for rounding regardless of what value was passed
to interpolate8x8_halfpel_add_c.
Why is this?
