wo, it is a good question.
  As i know, there is not an completed edtion of xvid for wince yet, although a lot people are working on this.
  When porting xvid to wince, it is the embedded OS WinCE that matters a lot but not the Processor Architecture.
  I have not done this work yet either. But i am glad to discuss with you anytime you want.
