[XviD-devel] Encoding by VirtualDub tool

Hi:
My most concern is the decoding frame rate. I have a 1024x768.avi file with
xvid MPEG4 15 frames/sec, 71 kbps, 32 bit. This file runs 36 fps on my
application.
I used VitrualDub to make another file called logo.avi with 1024x568, but
the file runs only 16 fps. I have no idea what's wrong with it.
Could anyone tell me the correct setting (or best) for fast decoding
performance?
