[XviD-devel] How to use the xvid_encrew.c

thanks very much for your help and very sorry for asking questions which are
not related to this mailing list.

i am a university student in sri lanka, so as our research project our team
involving in video codec optimization project which is developed specially
for video streaming via narrow band-width.

so in these days we are doing researches for selecting an optimum open
source video codec.
