[XviD-devel] Two small improvements for encraw

Hello Johannes,

your patches have been applied (with some minor mods). Thanks. Note that
i did not include your switch to set YUY2 colorspace. Have you verified
it really worked? YUY2 has a different chroma subsampling than YV12 and
hence the byte size of a YUY2 uncompressed image is different to a YV12
image at same resolution. So there's more change required to properly
process raw YUY2 input than only signalling a different csp flag to
xvidcore...
