[XviD-devel] Xvid 1.2.0 is available!

This is a nice surprise, but still a surprise - wouldn't it be better to 
start with a release candidate or something?

Then again my plan to make an RC (or even beta) was on hold for over 
9000 years so I suppose this is better thank nothing.
