[XviD-devel] Several XVID questions

But on #3, the frame format is contained within the mpeg-4 I-frames.
So Xvid (and the direct show wrapper) should be able to handle on the
fly change in format in the middle of the video stream...    I haven't
quite tried this yet, but the code is in place...
