[XviD-devel] about xvid api documents about the source code

I personally worked with XViD but I dont know about documentation. I think
its better for you to consult the ISO-IEC standard documentation. The XViD
decoder is built in a very clear way and you will understand it using the
standard documentation.

I suggest to start with decoder.c, you will grab it very quickly.
