Hi,
xvidcore is mainly designed for PC (so for machines with rather high memory
throughput and processing power). The xvidcore algorithms are not really
suited for embedded processors (e.g. the frame-based subpel interpolation,
frame-based edge padding, bidirectional motion compensation, etc.). Because
of this, it is not planned to add asm code for embedded processors.
