[XviD-devel] XVID Look Table Based Variable Length Decoding

I am curious about xvid implementation of VLD LUT (in XViD latest version).
It is populated in xvid.c using a init_vlc_tables() function call. I want to
know what is the mechanism of filling the tables especially in the context
of optimization. Thanks for your kind time.
