[XviD-devel] compiling XVID fails because of PSNR-HVS-M quality metric

Hi,

I wanted to compile XVID with a cross compiler on a UNIX machine with a 
i686-w64-mingw32 target. Linking the xvidcore.dll failed with error
Cannot export xvid_plugin_psnrhvsm: symbol not defined.
A CVS commit shows introducing PSNR-HVS-M you updated the win32 building 
mechanism but failed to update the build/generic branch.

Please update
/xvidcore/build/generic/sources.inc
to also compile plugins/plugin_psnrhvsm.c
