[Xvid-devel] get ride of libpthread

Hi,

pthread support is switchable now on the dev source branch. You can
switch off pthread by using "./configure --disable-pthread"

The corresponding source code package can be downloaded from here:

http://downloads.xvid.org/downloads/xvid_latest.tar.gz
