[XviD-users] why xvid can't work in my case?

hello,

I am doing a scene detection project, so I want to get each frame of a avi file by xvid.
I build the xvid source by VC6 and it's ok, but when i use the xvid_decraw.exe to decode the avi movie, it reports that "...memory can't be written..". Obviously some pointer get problem. 
Most of the avi file can be decoded for a while and produced several frames, but can't complete the work.

What's wrong with that?
