	...but isn't, in fact. I've re-read Christoph's (very
	 enlightening) mail about time stamps (30 Sep 2002 17:02:20)
	and this can happen.
	So? I'm quite puzzled at why this ref bitstream breaks
	decoding. ffmpeg seems to decode it no pb...
