[XviD-devel] gmc problem - who to blame? version 2.0

So to start with we have 2 people for whom it does not decode properly in
either xvid's vfw or ffdshow and 1 for just ffdshow.

I can add my observations to the former category and another (Hikke) in
#xvid on irc.freenode.net can himself to the latter category.

He has posted a link to a screenshot of the problem.

Thanks.
