Ok, the files and changes have been merged. Now you can't build from CVS
anymore, you need at least these tools to generate the build stuff
(usually done by the maintainer when it releases a new version)

 - autoconf >= 2.50
 - automake (provides install-sh ...)
 - libtoolize (provides config.sub config.guess ...)
