i downloaded your test.avi/mp4 files.
* it decodes correctly in xvid and fdam and divx503.
* evivio (ETV-1-2-46-i1-Q1.exe) displays color artifacts when decoding
the first ~100 frames. is this same problem u have?

if so, then it's most likely an envivio decoder fault.
