Not that simple, because his BITS features need mostly all tables of
Xvid. Before we had separated things in module, but the BITS feature are
completly breaking this nice separation.

And if you know how to export only some function/variables on Unix
systems... i would realy appreciate you to teach me :)

The xvid_* prefixing rule seems reasonable.
