Yeah,  see  my  previous  mails  with  a  subject  beginning  with  [CVS
commit]. Sorry  but i don't have Win32  boxes and i prefer  not to touch
vc++ files because msvc is very picky on the exact syntax of its files.

xvid_bench has not been maintained in dev-api-4. I'll see if i find a
bit of time to update it.
