I would very very strongly object against starting to add a new, deep and 
for most of our users rather useless feature like Errror Resilience/Resync
Markers into the source for XVID 1.0 ! No matter if encoder or decoder,
this will only bring new bugs. 
Let's release, then start with finishing ASP.
