The manpage is 221KB in 5056 lines, now ;-) Still, some lavdopts option 
are missing, although the most useful ones are there: debug=1, of 
course, debug=8 (prints MB-types) , debug=16 (quant on MB level) and some 
others for special cases.

Yes, that's normal. To play raw MP4 streams you have to pass an -fps 
option to mplayer. Maybe one day, someone will send a patch to get rid of 
that.
