[XviD-devel] little image error?

Yes, of course these are wrong blocks. 
What is you complete configuration? Which version of XviD?

Can you check 
a) if it maybe already is in the source (this happens...)
b) in case you use Bframes, if it happens without them
c) if you use GMC, if it happens without 
d) if it happens at other bitrates/quantizers as well?

I doubt that it's a bug in real xvid core, it's too visible for that.
