[XviD-devel] xvid_decore return values puzzled me so much

I had the same problem when decoding stream over wifi (RTP). xvid_decore 
requires valid frame on input (as Pascal noted earlier, input stream can 
not be incomplete), otherwise it'll act as you wrote. When I occasionaly 
get this error, I just ignore it ;-)
