hmm, i'm on windows, looks like getting cvsps together
would be difficult.
failing that, maybe some kind soul,
could give a shortlist of major changes since 1.1.3.

the lib is present, and installed properly.
i have it installed statically, and both x264 and ffmpeg (patched)
link to it fine.
any short cut tricks,
or pointers?
i'm afraid i don't understand code,
so i'm going nowhere alone.
