[XviD-devel] a question... is xvid streamable?

Hello,
Thanks for the quick response.
Can I assume then that I can play partial xvid files?
Let's say they are in mkv.. I'm sorry if I'm not
clear. Basically I want to know if xvid_decraw.c can
play files that are streamed (can play even if file is
incomplete).. Let's say the file is encoded by
xvid_decraw.c..
